I'm hearing a broadcast of a test of the Emergency Broadcast System. Is that something they would do? I see several licensees on that frequency are using that PL tone.

Not much going on here lately. Falmouth simulcast dominates 33.780. KCF-415 33.780 from Keene, NH ranks second but gets stepped on a few times. Barnstable and a tone test for West Barnstable on 33.480. 33.940 WNHR373 Waterford, CT is also in the mix.
