31989 kHz - burst-type FMCW radar, possibly the JORN from Australia, 10 kHz wide, intro beep before burst, used different sweep rates, one of them about 48 Hz (close to 50 Hz)

Hey Angelo, that 33.980 - I hear Warren County PA on there a lot with no tone used. Only thing I hear on there really.
I have a recording from 11-6-23 on 35.060 / 136.5 - lady talking about supplying "Plattsburg crush stone" and "cobbles" - then references to Whiteface Mountain - 12 miles from Saranac lake - so I reckon thats Trudeau.
You had both TN tolland and QV ( Quinebaug Valley) oh and WW Willimantic
