Since the other pinned thread is closed and hasn't been updated, I figured it would be helpful if there was an updated one for dispatcher districts and frequencies. Plus as he said in another thread, it's kind of Tom's pet project to keep the railroad databases updated. What I have below is incomplete and likely needs some correction.

The Memphis West, IC District, Memphis East, and NA/West End are all one desk, the West Tennessee Dspr. Frequencies listed in railroad section for Alabama are correct. No more duplex channel 2.

Sandusky Dispatcher covers Sandusky District from CW Tower all the way to Bayside. Also, the Buckeye Branch from CP Buckeye to CP Mounds (AAR 058); the portion from CP Mounds to CP Hocking is out of service and the diamond removed at CP Hocking.

While the dispatcher desks change on the Chicago Line at Sandusky, the radio frequencies do not. Berea to Vickers is still all AAR 47. They changed radio frequencies when the dispatchers were still in Dearborn and weren't consolidating desks yet.

Also, there is no longer a Cleveland Terminal dispatcher. Everything in your list that's Cleveland Terminal and Cleveland East is all Cleveland East.

Cleveland East's territory:
CP 240 to Drawbridge on the Chicago Line (AAR 47 west of Berea, AAR 64 east)
Drawbridge to CP-Enon on the Cleveland and Ft. Wayne Lines (AAR 64)
Bay Village to UD on the Cleveland District (B-Line) (AAR 76)
Cloggsville Line (AAR 64)
Alliance to Yellow Creek on the Bayard Branch (AAR 64)

Here is the Bellevue Dispatcher's territory. I think it's officially the Moorman Terminal Dispatcher, but I've never heard that on the radio.
Cleveland and Fostoria Districts, Avon Lake to Arcadia (AAR 76, AAR 22 within Bellevue proper)
Lima District (AAR 76)
Toledo District (AAR 18)

I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything but “Bellevue Dispatcher” on the radio since all this consolidation started.

Who handles the Fostoria District from Arcadia to East Wayne?

Ft. Wayne Terminal. Still on AAR 76 AFAIK.

Also, re-looking at the list, an additional addendum is there's no more Pennsy dispatcher. The Chicago dispatcher has a bunch of random low density territory in Ohio and Indiana, including the Ft. Wayne Line west of Alliance and the Frankfort District, but the radio frequencies shouldn't have changed.

Conway Terminal desk:
Ft. Wayne Line CP-Penn to CP-Enon (AAR 89 & 41)
Youngstown Line (entirety)
Meadville Line (entirety)
Operating portion of the Lordstown Secondary

The Youngstown and Meadville Lines use AAR 65, as does the Lordstown Secondary. The Mon Line from CP-Isle to CP-Perry is either Conway Terminal or Pittsburgh East (not 100% sure on frequency...it's either 46 or 64).

There are no more Lake Erie or Southern Tier desks, but the radio frequencies listed are correct. It's all the D&H desk as far as I know.

The Elkhart Dispatcher and Chicago Terminal Dispatcher. I think the territories change near LaPorte. AAR 34 is the road channel from CP 421 to CP 482 (Elkhart to Porter).

By the way.... does anyone have an accurate list of which districts went to which divisions after the reshuffling a few years ago?

For example, I know that the PRR over the mountain is Keystone Division....

For example, I know that the PRR over the mountain is Keystone Division....

So, easiest way to explain it is... take what routes were in what division as of 2016-2019, then follow this....

Northern Region
Great Lakes Division = Dearborn Division + Lake Division (Incl. Fort Wayne, IN City Limits & East Thereof)
Keystone Division = Harrisburg Division + Pittsburgh Division

Central Region
Blue Ridge Division = Piedmont Division (incl. former Virginia Division) + Pocahontas Division
Heartland Division = Illinois Division + Lake Division (WEST OF Fort Wayne & Peru, IN)

Southern Region
Coastal Division = Georgia Division (Unchanged but renamed)
Gulf Division = Alabama Division (Unchanged but renamed)

Unrelated, but CSX is where it gets confusing cause they renamed all their divisions, and realigned territories within them. NS overall kept it pretty simple.

OK, thanks, that's a big help.

One more thing.... when they abolished the Central Division several years ago, some lines went to Illinois Division and others went to (I think) Georgia Division and Lake Division. Any idea which went where?

I think the CNO&TP down to Oakdale TN and the Harrodsburg District went to Lake Division, and the Louisville District to Illinois Division, but other than that I don't know.

Sure would be nice if I could still score employee timetables, but printed versions of those went bye-bye a few years ago; newest ones I have are 2012. They're still helpful, though.

CNOTP North north of Blanchet is 56/56 road, 09/09 dispatcher (Channel 2), not 58. Unless that changed very very recently.. as in the last couple hours.
East Tennessee is also the Bristol Line (A Line) from Bristol to Knoxville, the Appalachia District from Bulls Gap to Big Stone, and the River Line from New Line to Murphy Jct. 30/30 road, 62/62 dispatcher.

P.S. I still don't understand why Mon Valley controls the Buchanan Branch. Put it under Pokey so there's not two separate dispatchers.

I mean, Pokey has the Gilbert, Dry Fork, Tug Fork and associated branches. It'd make sense.

I don't think I have any resources to assist with that query. I have several current timetables, but as you noted they went to electronic everything. When they did so, they also broke the timetables up into multiple modules for a given region, containing only a few lines per module, making it even more difficult.

This website does a pretty good job keeping up with CSX territories and dispatcher assignments: CSX Dispatcher Desk Codes

The guy who runs it is a RadioReference forum member who participates here on occasion.

Yup. Bote is about the only one who keeps CSX correct and up to date. It's a job in and of itself.
