I came across a 217 Mhz LTR in Vegas this afternoon.

These are some of the confirmed LCNs while I was at the Airport waiting for my flight. I didn't have time to log the Talkgroups.

217.09375 LCN 06
217.14375 LCN 16
217.16875 LCN 11
217.49375 LCN 08
217.56250 LCN 13
217.62500 LCN 04
217.69375 LCN 09
217.81875 LCN 05
217.89375 LCN 19
217.95625 LCN 15

There may actually be 2 LTR System in use. The followign LCNs appear to have unrelated radion traffic from with other LCNs that are listed above.

217.84375 LCN 05
217.74375 LCN 19

Does anyone have any info about this TRS?

What did you hear? can it possibly be a new hotel or limo service? Do I have to flex step this LTR because when I enter your freqs they change to .o925 not .o9375? Any more info you may have would be appreciated.

I heard a couple of taxi's on some of these frqs when I was there recently. I did not know it was an LTR TRS at the time.

I would just program your scanner about 5 KHz off the listed frq. for your scanner to track the system's TG's.

Tune in the frqs to the right of the LCN #'s
217.09375 LCN 06 217.095
217.14375 LCN 16 217.145
217.16875 LCN 11 217.700
217.49375 LCN 08 217.495
217.56250 LCN 13 217.5625
217.62500 LCN 04 217.625
217.69375 LCN 09 217.695
217.81875 LCN 05 217.820
217.89375 LCN 19 217.895
217.95625 LCN 15 217.955

It could be two systems like bheisner said though. We may have to wait until he visits Las Vegas again, with some time he can narrow down what frqs belong to each system.

Which scanner are you using? The frequencies that are using 12.5 khz step should program fine into a BC396, however the ones that are 6.25 may have to be rounded to within +5 Khz. If you're using a Pro97 or PSR 500, all of the frequencies will be off by .0025 for some strange reason. It's impossible to program the GRE scanners for 217.0000 (very odd).
