Looking for a base antenna for 220mhz
Looking at a Isopole 220, a Comet CA-Super22, or a Cushcraft Ringo.

Would love a foled 4 element dipole but its a budget buster,

Any comments or suggestions?

All I ever used for 220 was a homemade ground plane :) Used a Ringo on 2 meters and it was solid, of course since everyone has used a Ringo... Still have it stored in the garage attic.

I would get (but I already have two) a Comet CX-333, which is a 2m/220/440 tri-band with a little more gain on 220 than the CA-Super22 and its only about $20 more.
