Hi All
I was scanning between 240 mhz and 250 mhz on am mode and picked up someone talking on 244.4500 Mhz for a few seconds then they were gone. It sounded like it was in the clear but it was garbled, on the wrong mode; AM instead of Nfm, nuts! This frequency is not listed as an satcom frequency but does fall in that range. Has anyone ever heard anybody on that frequency before? Monitoring between 244.4200 - 244.4800 now and have a digital recorder on just in case.
