245 Calved?

Does anybody know of a reason my old 245 will not track the Ottawa Public Safety
system any more, or is it likely the radio has calved? I would like to try the
DSD decoder proggy and don't have anything else that will track Pro-Voice TG's.
I want to do it with one scanner. I already have the 245 tapped. Any help would
be appreciated.

Did it ever track properly before? i have 2 early bootloader psr600 that will do the job, I'd sell 1 for sure, I also have a psr 500 that works excellent for tracking pv. I think we live close by if your interested.

how did you get the psr 500 to track provoice?

they have to be the early versions of bootloaders and be running v1.0 cpu firmware. I think it was just a oversight and it was corrected in later versions. You still have to have a discriminator tap and dsd to listen to voice.

ah ok i have the 106 but with the latest bootloader so i guess i am s.o.l
