The CQ WorldWide CW contest
CQ World Wide DX Contest - Home was on this weekend. The CW portion of 10 was jammed with signals from all over North and South America. Propagation favored North and South America yesterday and the day before. Today Europe and Africa were also coming in.
I used a program called WSJT-X to monitor FT8 signals on 28.075 Mhz for a couple of hours this afternoon. The program decodes call signs it hears over the air, and then uploads the data via the internet to a service called PSK Reporter. PSK Reporter puts them on a map so you can see how your propagation is doing.
