251.250 Mhz AM ???

I picked up a little audio on 251.250 MHz AM down in Fort Erie Ont., I have it as refueling but not Shure. I zipped up the audio in a file.

I have 251.25 as interplane frequency for the New York ANG “ski birds”. They frequent Antartica and Greenland.
I believe their command post is “Skier Ops”.

ok Rex, thanks for the info, I will see if anyone else has any information on this frequency, I rarely pick up anything on this frequency.
