251.275 Unid Spanish - Argentina?

Unknown Spanish language on 251.275 last week. Sounded like were calling from Argentina? Can anyone translate? Also any idea as to what bird if this coming from? I was aimed at the CONUS slot, but this doesn't show up on the standard bandplan. Any ideas?

Are you sure it's Spanish? I recorded one of the satcom pirate conversations (on 255.550), thinking it was Spanish, and played it for a friend who is fluent in Spanish. They said it was some dialect of Portuguese.
