Foreign lang (couldn't identify). Just now heard last millisecond of what sounded like English (with an echo).

Caught on a RS PRO-2006 I just picked up and was playing with. Going to be paying more attention to this using the SDR.

It seems this freq has lots of history... pirate activity?
