Can someone tell me if these pilots are from the Massachusetts, air national guard, 104 fighter wing.
using 259.000 MHz AM AIR/AIR Frequency. They are in the Toronto Ont. Canada area. and then Lake Huron area.
Steve

Audio zip file,
Sounded like they were heading Westbound
259.0000 is not a normal 104th frequency

I didn't catch any call signs, but they did talk about Eagles and the 104th is transitioning from Eagles to the 35 lightnings next year (2024)

Anything on ADSB overrhead ??

Audio zip file,
Yes, 259.0 is an A-A freq. used by the 104th F-15's at Barnes. I don't know if they went up that way this morning. I wasn't monitoring at that time.

Thanks for posting the audio. From what I've heard 259.000 seems to be one of the 3 common frequencies most often used by the MA ANG for A-A, also referred to as "Bravo 5". The other 2 most common ones seem to be 259.900 ("Bravo 3") and 264.850 ("Bravo 4").

Checking the LiveATC archives this was a flight of 2 F-15s, callsign SKOLL 01 (not SKULL as some report), flying from Barnes (KBAF) to Volk Field (KVOK) routing via CTR CAM SYR AIRCO. Link to map
