259.400 MHz AM ??

259.400 MHz AM, I am hearing exercises on this frequencies, I did a search and this came back.
EXERCISES DRONES Duke Low Altitude MOA, Pennsylvania
can someone tell me if this is correct.

The target elevations given seem consistent with the DUKE MOA. I'm hearing STING 21-22 and SATAN 21-22. STING is an OH ANG F-16 callsign out of Toledo and SATAN is a NJ ANG F-16 callsign out of Atlantic City. Do you have the approximate time of the recording ?

I found the info, start time was 16:03 and end time was 21:31
