Open microphone for about 2 hours on 261.575. Sounds like a TV playing in the background. Something about this little piggy. Odd.

I would guess Broadcast TV transmission Harmonic frequency, but it is the same thing over and over. Plus that weird Data burst....So I guess not. Maybe somebody illegally broadcasting little piggy audio over and over??? Weird...

It was definitely coming from the sat. When it ended, it sounded as if somebody was moving the microphone around.

Similar stuff monitored last week from the 527th Space Aggressor Squadron
Unknown if related, but I would not be surprised.
