In addition to 114793 I have also logged the following RadioIDs on this talkgroup:
114791
114792
114788
131271
114793

I ran a query on my Pro96Com logs against these RadioIDs and it looks like 114792 has affiliated with CDOT and CSP talkgroups... I wonder if this is the infamous "SNOW MAC" talkgroup...

I heard the some techs talking on this talk group (TG-2820) today around 10:30 am, while working on a Variable Message Board (VMS) on I-25 in Colorado Springs. So it doesn't sound like it is a regional TG. One (RID 114788 with a call sign of "ITS-14") was at the sign board downloading the configuration and trying to fix an LED power supply and the other (RID 114792) was at an office or comm center somewhere trying to do a poll on the sign board via "Skyline" which is an LED sign board manufacturer. One of the call signs was "ITS 14" which stands for Intelligent Transportation System, at least in the context of VMS sign boards and CDOT.

This talk group is used for VMS LED sign board maintenance. We would have to hear more conversations to be able to get a clearer picture of what else it is used for. If anyone wants me to send the audio of the conversation(s), just send me a private message.
