2nd alarm in Dayton,OH

Currently the Dayton FD is working a 2nd Alarm at 1932 E. Monument. This is Rumpke Waste management. Most DFD Crews are tied up and there are several fill ins. Crews are Defensive. Now requesting 2 additional engines above the 2nd Alarm.
