30.5 strange mil exercise

30.5 talking about locksat being due and sweeping a leg etc... really strange sounding stuff.

Talking now about switching your outside leg to 3700 of ROV frequency. They have a 151.4 (150) tone and sound Military but nothing like any US military I've heard. Possibly Canadian.

Picking up something in Arkansas here too. Female voice, but signal is very weak and coming in and out.
Got a call sign of 31 Romeo 1.

Heard here in Ireland too at 1:45 US central time (6:45 pm local) she was calling "One One romeo one"

I've heard Canadian accents and military traffic on that Freq in the past. Wonder where it was coming from exactly.

being in the same ball park ive been getting hits on 30.3 and 30.45 with pl of 151.4 both times sounded like range control but none of what ive found would point to us mil so much as they usually run a 150.0 tone i believe

Scanners can't display 150.0 in tone search mode because it isn't one of the industry standard tones.
Usually 150.0 is within the tolerance range of 151.4 so that is what scanners normally decode.

FEB 27 I heard a female on 30.5 MHz 150.0 Hz very weak saying "78 North rear element" then faded.
I believe its the same female on mancows recording.
I have her again a few days ago on record, will have to listen to it again

MAR 06 Heard on 30.3 MHz "32 to 91 all eagles are moving.
