3152 khz

[SCPD]

This is a known US Navy frequency. Very heavy ALE traffic tonight from 0730 to 0745z (1/4/10) - with a little USB voice. The USB voice was very faint at my QTH, so I'm suspecting this might be somewhere in the Pacific. The ALE was about S7-S9...

Update: I think the voice traffic was coming from 3150khz. I'm getting two Spanish males - it sounds military-like as there's an end-tone before they start talking.

Time is 0755z. Signal is S9 and kind of deep in the background white noise.
