325P2 Firmware Upgrade - How to

How do I upgrade the firmware in my 325P2 so I can apply the DMR upgrade Option.

I have purchased the DMR upgrade and have the key.
I have downloaded Sentinel and successfully "connected" to the scanner. The instructions say "Use Sentinel to upgrade the scanner's firmware and database" but I don't have a clue how to do that. I poked around Sentinel, and don't see anything that retrieves updated firmware from uniden and then apply it to "turn on" the DMR features.

The scanner currently has firmware v1.06.00

Sentinel isn't used for the 325. Follow the link below for instructions on how to update the FW for the 325...

Yes, thank you. I figured it out.

I find the Uniden website very difficult to navigate. Could not even find the 325 listed on the downloads page.

Finally stumbled on the TWiki

Where did you purchase the DMR upgrade for the 325P2? Did you get it directly from Uniden? I've seen several sites offering to perform the upgrade if I send the radio to them, but I would prefer to do the installation myself, if possible.
