33.78 Mhz Dispatch OOS

After several members of my fire company inquired into the lack of radio activations on their Plectron home alert receivers, our Fire Chief made inquiries into the status of this frequency with NCC Fireboard.

It has been permanently shut down. No more low band VHF dispatching.
