33.96 low band

I recently heard a rumor that paging on 33.96 is repeated to another low band frequency between 46 & 50 does anyone know if this is true?

Islandwide,

I suspect he's talking about Westchester County. 60 - Control has been multicasting their pages going over 33.960 on to 46.260.
