Anyone pick it up full queting at 2330 UTC on 09/24? Sounds like a carrier only that is in orbit. Never detected any modulation but signal strength and duration sure sound like a tumbling satellite. BTW, that's 356.3500.

That's a Northstar GEP frequency, sometimes used by Air Force One, E-4B, or maybe an E-6. I get a carrier on 374.55 when an E-6 is in the neighborhood, and the same thing on 300.4 when AF 1 or an E-4B is nearby.

374.550 MHz is the frequency of choice this afternoon, Matt. Heard around 2015Z on 9/26
