346xt lockout ID's - permantly

I consider myself pretty thrifty on this scanner and use Free Scan, ever since I updated to the latest firmware I've been getting hit with unwanted/nuisance ID's that sound like Control-Channel noise...anyway when I push lock-out as these ID's appear it goes into "temporary lockout" My question is how do I permently lock these out. I "Search" because I have I-calls enabled.

Instead of hitting lockout once it it twice quickly.
That should shift it from temporary to permant lockout.

Hit the lock out a second time. Temporary lockout is only good til you turn the radio off. When you get to a id you dont want just push lockout twice.
