Location is N/W Nevada (40 miles South of Reno).

Strong Skip orignating from S/E and N/E (U.S.)with very little spanish language heard (Unusual)

Comms all Southern and Eastern Accents.(U.S.)

Strong Repeater never heard before using (35.7600 mhz) (173.8 pl)

Two men talking back and forth, speaking unknown language.

It wasn't Asian,Spanish,French,Italian,German etc.

Could it be "Portugeese? " or "Eskimo"?

Odd sounding rapid speech.

Does anybody know or have any ideas on who or what?

At 11:05 Hrs Pacific: Signal was full quieting (Booming in)

Its 11:25 Hrs Pacific: Brief comms heard now with signal dropping out.(Fading out)

Its 11:35 Hrs Pacific: Spanish is now the dominant language heard on this freq.
