3600 Control Channels

Is there any programs out for the Pro-96 to monitor 3600 baud rate control channels like the software for the "Pro96Com"?

Simple answer. Nope.

More detailed answer... The Pro-96 only puts out the 9600 control channel information. It does not present 3600 baud control channel data to the PC IF port. If you have a tapped radio, use Trunker or T4Win to decode the data.
