369.9 in MI

Could have been a U-2. 369.900 is a SUF High Altitude freq for Cleve.C. Might have heard something like. Center this is DRAGON 61 flight level 600 (60000 feet).

Wow, U2's are still flying?
Oh yeah. The newest models (TR-1, U-2R, & U-2S) entered service in the 80's and are still going strong. The S-model just got a tech upgrade a few years ago. Also they're not just spy planes; they're used for research as well.

It's impressive how much of our old aircraft are still air-worthy! B52's, A10's...etc. I thought the U2's were totally replace with UAV's.

There are 3rd-generation B-52 crewmembers out there. And soon there will be a 4th. The Air Force plans on flying the BUFF until 2030 or so.
