IFD and other units are currently working an oil fire and hazmat spill at the IPL plant, 3700 S Harding St in Indianapolis. Radio traffic is on IDPSC FD-OP7.

Im going to guess that this has something to do with the lights flickering city wide.

I think a large transformer at the IPL plant is the source of the oil spill.

Yes bob it was at the Harding Street location, 5,000 gals of oil was coming out of a transformer. Heard them talking about it on MECA Sys 2 talkgroup for IPL Security talkgroup 21035
