38.270mhz

Does anyone know what agency uses frequency 38.270mhz. I have heard it in the Anne Arundel County Area.

I don't know what the nature of the communications was but the Army sometimes uses freqs in that range. I believe 38 MHz is pretty much allocated to military and government. The only army comms I've monitored down there I believe was a convy or something years ago. What were they talking about?

Just testing, I didnt hear anymore than that. No unit designators that I caught.
