380mhz sites

i live in orange county ca, i get 386.1000mhz control channel very clear from my location, i researched and i was told it was camp pendelton's TRS, i am wondering if these sites are linked as part of bigger system? i see talk groups under different control channels and sites on this system, are any of the sites on that system linked?

i know what the systems are, i am just wondering if they are linked so you can listen to each site?

Yes, I think they are linked across the country. However, unless someone knows otherwise, you won't hear normal communications from Washington on a site in Arizona. I'm betting they have the ability to patch together the talkgroups on the fly if they need to though.
