I am trying to scan a sheriff's tactical channel in Richland County, MT. I've listed what I'm given below. I am using CHIRP software for handheld BTech radios. I don't understand NAC well enough apparently, because I don't know how to put this into my CHIRP software to make the 389 NAC show up. Is it even possible to put that into my radio? If not, would I still be able to scan 159.210 in FM Mode?

Problem #1- Those radios don't do P25 (which is what that agency uses).
Problem #2- The database indicates they use part-time encryption, so even with a P25 receiver you won't hear any encrypted transmissions.

Ok thank you! I won't waste any time on it.
