Been almost a day-long ESkip event here in Southern New England. Getting a weak agency on 39.30 D632. It's a busy system, and when it's clear enough to hear audio, it almost sounds like a P25 simulcast. Unit referred to dispatch as "Central". Also hear reference to I believe round-house. Can't find any reference to this online. Sounds as if it's mobiles only, too.
