I remember seeing a post around here some where about MSP's 39.92 being used as a Tac Frequency but I couldn't find it.
However tonight I had my MSP Bank up on the ole Mobile Scanner and heard some Chatter on that Frequency, while I was going up 795, and come to find out it was MSP Wesminster cars using it like a CB Channel(now they weren't cussing or anything, however).
So I figured that most of the Counties that use Trunked Radio System might keep their Portables on their Respective Dispatch Channels on 800mhz and use 39.920 as a Talk Around Channel
I guess what I am trying to say, is that folks should look in and around their county if they are on 800mhz to see if that frequency is being used. And they may hear more than what they bargained for.
