(N)FM Mode, and as said, there are a lot of them still up.....e.g. 262.700 Mhz

Looks like a DTV dish with a helix antenna in the pic that goes with the article.

Anybody know what the helix specs would be to build something similar. I have a few old dishes.

There are tutorials on the Internet that will tell you how to makes a transceiver. I have seen the plans, but can't remember where they are. Even if I did I don't think I would share them.

Yeah i figured out how to do it with a vhf transceiver pretty easy lol doubtful anyone does it on the move though.
