393.100 air freq in Phx Az ?

[Cribbage]

I am picking up a good clear transmission in the Phoenix metro area on 393.100 AM that is obviously a AT control center of some sort.

I a cannot find a reference to the freq in my ScannerStuff guides.

Could someone ID this for me?

Try listening to 131.05 or 131.025 and see if you hear the same traffic. You could be hearing an image of another frequency. Or it could be an Air Traffic Control facility simulcasting on a military air frequency.
