396 close call confusion

The top display line of my 396 in SCAN is cycling through the selected groups and Close Call. The close call icon is not on, but CC is active.

The CC icon toggles with the FUNC+HOLD keys but it doesn’t make a difference.

Menu-Close Call- Set CC Mode = Off
That also didn’t make a difference.

I verified CC is still working by using a transmitter

How do I turn CC off?

Hello,

It is possible the CC Hits Found System is scanning along with selected systems. Disable the system if the system exists.
