Anyone out there figure out what the ESK number is for Lakewood site 8 on Mt Morrison? I have started the 1-255 process so far with no luck. Thought I might ask as I continue on.

Did you try 160? ; that seems to be what everyone else found.

I have the Lakewood Site 1 and Denver working with 160. I would have thought that Lakewood site 8 would be the same but it's not working with 160. So my thoughts is it's something different. Maybe there is a problem with the system program or Freq's. I'll check on them and then re-check with 160.

OK downloaded Lakewood Site 8 (Mt Morrison) from RR via Arc396 and it put the system in as a Edacs Narrow. Changed it to Edacs Wide and works with 160 now. Wish I would have caught that earlyer. Can someone change that on RR so someone else does not have the same issue?

For Uniden trunking scanners this applies while programming EDACS systems.

EDACS WIDE - 9600 Baud CC systems ("Standard" 400/800 MHz typical)

EDACS NARROW - 4800 Baud CC systems (900 MHz typical)

It's 160 for both. Re program your LCNs and it should work.

So the ESK setting is site-by-site? I thought it was just a system wide thing. That's how I programmed mine...am I missing something?

Well the main problem I was having is that when I did the auto download from Radio Reference through my Arc software it put it in as the wrong system type and I could not get it to work. Therefore I thought there might be a different setting for Mt Morrison. Yes it's possible for them to set it to something different as Mt Morrison is a different site with only West Metro Fire and Wheat Ridge on it. Lakewood PD nor Denver PD are not allowed on the site. Possible yes, probably no. Anyway Uniden has it set to auto detect ESK now and don't need to worry about it.
