ALright I have figured out how to use the quick keys to turn on and off the systems but how to I use the group keys to turn on and off groups quickley without having to go into the menu and edit the groups?

Group Quick Key? As described above.

System Quick Key? For SQK 0-9, press the corresponding number on the keypad while on SCAN mode. For SQK 10-99, press the decimal point followed by the two-digit SQK number.

If you mean how you assign a SQK or GQK, that is done in the system or group options in the programming menu.
