396T Volume Offset

Is Volume Offset possible with the 396T? I can't seem to find anything indicating that it can be done. I'm using Freescan and it has an option for it but I'm thinking that this option is only available in the 396XT as I programmed a couple of frequencies with various volume offset settings and noticed no difference.

The 396T does not have the volume offset.

If you look at the Wiki page for the BCD396XT the bold features are newly added in this model over the BCD396T.
