I am looking into getting a new scanner soon and i would like to go with the 396XT, I am wondering if it tracks 380mhz P25 systems and 700mhz systems? i am close to a few military bases in corona, ca and seal beach and i would like to input them and also i am looking for future tracking of 700mhz systems, will this scanner track that for me?
