I read all the post but I just wanted to clarify that if it's a true P25 system, then I set FreeScan to P25 Standard and Enable Digital AGC?

Yep. I am monitoring the MCBCP system here in Oceanside.

Enable Digital AGC is optional, the scanner will decode either way.

P25 Standard is the correct system/site type for that system.
