396XT Help

I will be in Nashville next week and plan on bringing my 396XT. I use Arc XT and RR to get my frequencies in the radio. I plan on putting in just the Nashville fire and police. Do I need to do anything with a table or does the Arc XT take care of everything, such as download the frequencies and you are ready to listen. Or do I need to adjust anything9do something with a tablea) and if so what do I need to do?
Hope someone can help me out.

856.4875 for system A, and 856.4625 for system B. Enter the talkgroups, and the scanner will do the rest.
