396XT Nac codes

I can get the 396 to decode the nac's, But lets say two dept's share a freq I can pair the dcs and PL
but can't enter a nac code with a freq., The nac doeesn't seem available to pair:
Example
155.0 023 DCS Police
155.0 100.0 HZ PL Fire
155.0 ?? NAC Sheriff
What am i missing??

Set the Audio Type of the Channel to Digital Only, then select the Set P25 NAC from the menu and input the NAC in HEX.

I think you'll have to program the frequency three times-once with digital only so that you can set the NAC and twice with analog only so that you can set the DCS on one and the PL on the other.

Yes, you do need the frequency three times. Once for each tone or NAC.

I agree with DaveIn you need to program the frequency for each tone or NAC you received . Happy Scanning
