396XT Rebanding Problem

Hello,

I'm trying to Program a new system that has been rebanded in the past month. I was given the following information and entered all correctly. No matter what I'm not hearing anything. Yes, I am very close to the transmission site. And the 396XT works on all other systems on my scanner including before the rebanding change. Any ideas? I posted a topic in my area of the USA, but have not heard back.

I am monitoring in "ID Search" Mode too.

Nevermind. It's working now. The reception is worse than the old system. That's why I was having trouble monitoring the ReBand.

A few things:

1) While that partial band plan might work, it is better (safer) to put in the entire band plan. See http://info.uniden.com/twiki/bin/view/UnidenMan4/EditBandPlan#Rebanded_Motorola_Systems

2) You only need to enter the control channel(s).

3) When asking for help, it is better to identify the specific system so that you can get more specific assistance.
