still unable to scan more then 1 sysyem,assigned quick keys to everything,totally lost,does anyone know of someone in the calabash n.c. area that could program this radio for me.

After assigning quick keys, you have to enable them. While the scanner is scanning, press 1 to enable quick key 1, press 2 to enable quick key 2, etc. To enable quick key 10 press "./no 10", etc. Your problem isn't programming, it is simple basic operation.
