<< THIS ONE >> (shown below) is also great and I really like it. It has a neoprene non-slip surface attached to the extra wide base. Non slip and non tip!

What 3D printer do you use? I'm considering the Prusa i3 MKS3+ as it seems like the easiest to set up and use for a newbie that has good build quality and print quality. The only thing about it I don't like is the price.

I have 2 3D Printers. One was 500 and the other was 2,500. The 500.00 printer is a great printer; It's a Creality Ender 6. If you are wanting to get into 3d printing and your budget is around 500-600 look at the ender 6. If your budget is smaller take a look at the Ender 3 V2 its also a great printer.

My Larger printer is a FlashForge Guider 2s V2 check it out and let me know what you think

I have had a Creality Ender 3 V2 for going on two years now. While I'm not a power user I have learned to study up on settings and have it fine tuned the way I like it. A couple of times it was too small for a project but I can print all the scanner stands I need. ;) If I had design software skills I would use it way more often, but I don't. I still use it a couple of times a month on average.

I love my 3D printers! Check out fusion360 it’s free for hobby users. Tons of tutorials on the ole YouTube

I would love to have one that would fit in a cup holder in my car

Here are a few to choose from...

#1 An angled version << HERE >>
#2 Another variation on an angled version << HERE >>
#3 A lower profile version (the one I have) <<HERE >>

Now the pro & cons... while my cup holder works well for holding it, it's too low for me to safely see the screen while I'm driving and the audio is not as pronounced as when I use a dash mounted holder. Your mileage may vary depending on your make and model of vehicle.

You might have better luck with THIS TYPE of stand << HERE >>

Thanks. I ended up ordering the Prusa i3 MK3S+ yesterday. It seems well supported, good build quality and has a lot of documentation and tutorials for it... which is exactly what a NEWB like me needs.

Hi Ronnie. I’m looking at different SDS100 desktop holders, and saw your posts and really like yours (I prefer the vertical orientation design over the angled). I’m not on the forums very often and have had some medical issues lately.

Are you still offering your scanner stand for free? I don’t have a 3D printer.

If so, please let me know what I need to do as I’d love to have one.

Also, I use the large capacity battery and heavy leather Scanner Master case, so I’m not sure if your stand will work with that case and battery. Can you confirm if it will?
If it will not fit, what scanner stand would you recommend?

Thank you kindly,

Dave,
