So I know these posts are crazy old and it doesn't look like people post in this section often, but there is no such thing as a 3rd or 4th alarm in Sussex County. I've been a chief there for 6 years and an officer there longer. There's a 2nd alarm (which just re-alerts your station, doesn't actually send more units like they're supposed to) but that's it. 3rd alarm doesn't exist.
