Can't say that I've seen such an animal. You can pretty well make up what you need from BNC "T"'s, 90° connectors and either male/male or female/female connectors depending on what you are trying to make.
Depends on the application...
Are you splitting signal to multiple receivers?
Or is this for an antenna co phasing harness?

I doubt you would find one as there are not many uses. Sounds like a job for (or a misapplication of) 2 "T"sand a barrel.
What is it you are trying to do?

If you describe the experiment you may be able to get some advice as to whether the results are meaningful.

Just kidding, there's a lot to be said for just trying stuff to see whether it works or not.

You read everyone, you compare what you are reading to what you know and what seems to make sense, then you ask clarifying questions.
(It's called learning)
You can always kludge together a couple of Ts and a double female and if it blows up in your face remember next time that while a .30 shell casing may be the same diameter it doesn't make a very good spacer.

OR, if you happen to have 3 BNC Ts laying around ...
That might work if they're 50 ohm BNC components and not 75/90 ohm BNC components from Thinnet
