Operations channel for Denver PD on-site at the event is DPD TAC-6 (04-123 or 611 decimal). This has been used for several years now. There should be numerous short-range simplex business channels in use also, for volunteers, EMS, security, and various businesses. When the crusing starts on Federal Blvd. around dusk (or earlier?) Traffic Ops (04-141 or 625) should pick up, along with a few others.
