Question for all you West Virginia guys. I got 406.4125 control channel here pretty strong here in pittsburgh, PA. Shows Harrison County on my 436. What is this system used for? I don't see it posted anywhere on RadioReference or on any West Virginia area forums. Thanks guys

Ok thanks BM82557. I just thought it was strange for public safety to be in the Fed band. Are all the sites patched together? When conditions are good, I can pick up some of the 453 and 460 mhz stuff. But, this site comes in the best out of all of them. I am getting it on my 396XT with the rubber ducky here in Pittsburgh, at 3 or 4 bars on the S-meter, depending on whee I put the radio. All I see so far, is ID 607.

Harrison Co is SW of Morgan town. It might be for SIRN....Harrison Co Ohio is about 20 miles west of Weirton WVa
