406 MHZ EPIRB decoding (IS DECODER WORKING OK???)

Left my SDRPlay RSPdx and Multipsk decoder running for 10 hours last night and this morning, and picked this up on 406.0000 MHz
Can someone tell me if my setup is decoding correctly. This is not what I thought I would pick up, is it working ok???.
